  • Delivery times<\/strong>Your order will be dispatched within 5 to 15 working days from the date of purchase.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • International delivery<\/strong>: We deliver worldwide.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Customs fees<\/strong>The prices displayed on our site include customs charges. In the event of customs duties and import taxes being applied to the delivery, these costs are to be borne by the customer in accordance with the country's customs legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • Right of withdrawal<\/strong>In accordance with Moroccan law n\u00b0 31-08 on consumer protection, you have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery to retract and return your order, without penalty and without giving any reason.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Return conditions<\/strong>Return policy: Items must be returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition, with all labels intact. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n

      4. Ship the package with the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you declare a low value for the package and keep a proof of shipment with tracking.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Refunds<\/strong>Once the package has been received and checked, we will process the refund within 7 working days.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
